1. Appointments & Access
Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible and parked legally. We require access to your driveway, car park, or a suitable location. Vehicles parked on the road must be at least 6 inches away from the curb. If we cannot access the vehicle at the agreed time, a call-out fee may apply.

The patio must be accessible and cleared of movable personal items. Safe access to an outdoor water supply is required.
2. Surface condition
Loose, damaged, unstable, or specialist surfaces may need a revised quote or may not be suitable for pressure washing.
3. Pricing
Online prices are based on the selected area band. Heavy soiling, difficult access, specialist treatment, or an incorrect area may change the final quote.
4. Weather, drainage & cancellations
Unsafe weather or unsuitable drainage may require rescheduling. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

We do not accept liability for pre-existing damage or defects. Customers must inform us of any known issues. We take care during every service, but we are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

In severe weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a new time.
6. Services & Pricing
No deposit is required. Cash and bank transfer payments are due in full on completion. Card payments are taken in full through secure checkout. All prices are subject to vehicle size and condition. Heavily soiled vehicles may incur an extra charge, and any additional services requested on the day will be quoted before work begins.

We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy, let us know within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve it.

We use eco-friendly products where possible and dispose of waste responsibly. We will not work in unsafe conditions.

2. Bin Condition
Bins must be emptied before cleaning. We cannot clean bins containing household waste, hazardous waste, chemicals, sharp items, hot ashes, paint, oil, or any unsafe contents. Heavily contaminated bins may be refused or quoted separately.

We take care during every service, but we are not responsible for pre-existing bin damage, faulty lids, cracked wheels, brittle plastic, council collection damage, or loss of items left in or around bins.
8. Safety & Environment
We use suitable cleaning products and dispose of wastewater responsibly where possible. We will not work in unsafe or unsuitable conditions.
