We have power and water on board, so we usually just need enough room to park next to your vehicle and work safely.
Most diesel engines can usually be cleaned and dressed without issue, but if you are unsure about your engine, please tell us before the clean.
Any broken parts, exposed wiring, damaged trims, or issues that could create risk during engine cleaning should be isolated or clearly pointed out to our valeter before work starts.
Petrol engines can be more sensitive, so please let us know if you do not want engine bay cleaning carried out.
It is your responsibility to ensure the engine bay is safe to wash.
Hybrid and full electric engine bays are not recommended for cleaning.
Weather is one thing we cannot control. We would not normally recommend going ahead with premium packages if conditions are poor.
Most services involving premium interior cleaning, machine polishing, paint correction, or paint protection are not suitable in heavy rain, strong winds, snow, or extreme heat.

Our usual working hours are Monday to Sunday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. Advance bookings are recommended, especially for preferred dates and times.
No — we carry our own electricity and water on board for mobile jobs. That said, if you are able to provide access to water or power, it can be helpful and may improve efficiency on some jobs.
Yes, in many cases we can. The best option depends on your vehicle, its condition, and in some cases the paint colour or finish. If you are interested in protection services, get in touch and we can help you choose the right option.
If your booking location is inside a payable zone such as a Clean Air Zone, Congestion Zone, ULEZ, LEZ, paid car park, or similar restricted area, the actual charge may be added on top of the service price.
Any such cost would be treated as an additional charge.
We currently accept payment by bank transfer, card, cash, and approved gift vouchers, depending on the arrangement made at the time of booking.
