Use your private plan page to request schedule changes, renewal, pause or a different plan.

Good to know

How are plan payments collected?

Manually by cash or bank transfer, monthly for maintenance/family plans and for the full Elite term. No automatic card charges or deposit. We confirm the payment arrangement when approving your plan.

Can I change my plan or visits?

Yes—send a request from your private plan page. The team reviews changes, available appointments and any price difference before confirming them.

How do plan discounts work?

The team applies your plan’s discount to eligible additional services or extras. Discounts do not reduce the plan price itself. Eligibility and extra work are confirmed separately.

What happens after the month or term?

Use your plan page to choose dates for the next monthly cycle. Elite preservation ends after its fixed term; any new term is agreed with the team.
