1. About us

Deano’s Auto Wash provides mobile car wash, mobile valeting, and wheelie bin cleaning services at customer locations in London and surrounding areas.

2. Booking requests

Submitting a booking form or contacting us to request a booking does not automatically guarantee an appointment. All bookings are subject to availability, confirmation, and, where applicable, receipt of payment.

We reserve the right to decline or rearrange a booking where necessary.

3. Payments and deposits

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking. Where a deposit is requested, the remaining balance is payable as agreed between you and Deano’s Auto Wash.

• Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received where payment is required in advance.
• You must use the correct payment reference when making payment.
• Failure to make payment within the required time may result in your requested slot being released.

4. Prices

All prices are subject to the service selected, information provided at booking, condition, access, and location. The price shown on the website or quoted during booking is based on the details provided at the time.

For mobile car wash and valeting bookings, prices may vary depending on vehicle size and vehicle condition. If the vehicle is more heavily soiled than expected, contains excessive pet hair, mould, biohazards, heavy staining, or requires extra time or specialist treatment, an additional charge may apply.

For wheelie bin cleaning bookings, prices are based on the selected bin cleaning option. Additional bins, repeat visits, heavily contaminated bins, or bins requiring extra work may incur an additional charge. Any extra charge will be discussed before work continues where reasonably possible.

5. Mobile car wash and valeting terms

These terms apply specifically to mobile car wash and valeting bookings.

• The vehicle must be accessible, parked legally, and ready for service at the agreed time.
• We require suitable access to the vehicle and enough safe working space around it.
• If the vehicle is on the road, it should be parked in a workable position with reasonable access.
• Please remove valuables, important documents, and personal belongings before the service begins.
• You must tell us about known damage, defects, leaks, loose trims, electrical issues, poor paint condition, or other concerns before work starts.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, deterioration, weak trims, faulty components, mechanical faults, electrical faults, or items left inside the vehicle.
• If we are unable to access the vehicle or begin work due to the location, a call-out fee or cancellation charge may apply.

6. Service location

We provide mobile services and may travel to your home, workplace, or another agreed location. We cover all areas, but an additional travel charge may apply when the appointment is more than three miles from our base.

Where a travel charge applies, this will be confirmed before the booking is finalised where possible. Charges for payable zones, parking or restricted-access areas may also be added to the service price.

7. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Late cancellations may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
• Missed appointments or no-shows may also result in a charge.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where necessary for operational reasons, weather, safety, delayed bin collections, access issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Weather and external conditions

As a mobile service provider, our services can be affected by weather, access, site conditions, and bin collection delays. In severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances outside our control, we may need to delay, pause, or reschedule the appointment.

Where possible, we will contact you as soon as we can to arrange an alternative time.

9. Service times

Any service times shown on the website or given during booking are estimates only. Actual time may vary depending on vehicle size, bin option, level of dirt, weather, access, and any additional work required.

10. Satisfaction and complaints

We aim to provide a high standard of service and want customers to be satisfied with the work carried out. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please contact us as soon as possible and ideally within 24 hours of the appointment so we can review the issue fairly.

For car wash or valeting concerns, please include your booking date, vehicle registration, and a clear description of the concern. For bin cleaning concerns, please include your booking reference, bin cleaning option, and a clear description of the concern.

11. Right to refuse or stop service

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or stop a service where:

• Conditions are unsafe
• The vehicle condition is significantly different from what was described
• The bin condition, contents, or access is unsafe or unsuitable
• Access is not possible
• There is abusive or threatening behaviour
• The required payment terms have not been met

12. Bin access and readiness

• Bins must be empty, accessible, and clearly available for cleaning at the agreed time.
• Bin cleaning is normally carried out after your bin collection has taken place.
• Bins should be placed somewhere safe for us to work, without blocking roads, pavements, driveways, or neighbouring property.
• If bins have not been emptied by the council or waste collector, we may need to refuse or reschedule the service.

13. Bin condition and safety

• We cannot clean bins that still contain household waste, food waste, sharp items, hot ashes, chemicals, paint, oil, hazardous materials, or unsafe contents.
• Heavily contaminated bins, damaged bins, or bins not included in the original booking may need to be quoted separately.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing bin damage, cracked wheels, faulty lids, brittle plastic, council collection damage, or items left in or around bins.

14. Website information

We aim to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content, prices, timings, or descriptions are always error-free. We may update services, prices, or wording at any time without prior notice.

Photographs of completed work may be displayed in our gallery. Customer image privacy is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including obscuring readable vehicle registration plates before publication and responding to reasonable review or removal requests.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page and will apply to future bookings from the date it is published.
