These Terms & Conditions explain how bookings, payments, cancellations, access, and services work when you book with Deano’s Auto Wash.
Deano’s Auto Wash is a mobile car valeting business providing vehicle cleaning and valeting services at customer locations in London and surrounding areas.
Submitting a booking form or contacting us to request a booking does not automatically guarantee an appointment. All bookings are subject to availability, confirmation, and, where applicable, receipt of payment.
We reserve the right to decline or rearrange a booking where necessary.
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking. Where a deposit is requested, the remaining balance is payable as agreed between you and Deano’s Auto Wash.
All prices are subject to vehicle size, service selected, vehicle condition, and location. The price shown on the website or quoted during booking is based on the information provided at the time.
If the vehicle is more heavily soiled than expected, contains excessive pet hair, mould, biohazards, heavy staining, or requires extra time or specialist treatment, an additional charge may apply. Any extra charge will be discussed before work continues where reasonably possible.
You must ensure the vehicle is accessible and ready for service at the agreed time.
We provide mobile services and may travel to your home, workplace, or another agreed location. Additional travel charges may apply outside our standard service area.
If you are outside our usual coverage area, this will be confirmed before the booking is finalised where possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
As a mobile valeting business, our services can be affected by weather and site conditions. In severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances outside our control, we may need to delay, pause, or reschedule the appointment.
Where possible, we will contact you as soon as we can to arrange an alternative time.
You must tell us about any known issues, damage, defects, leaks, loose trims, electrical faults, or other pre-existing problems before the service starts.

Please remove valuables and important personal belongings from the vehicle before the appointment. While care is taken during every service, Deano’s Auto Wash is not liable for loss of or damage to items left inside the vehicle unless caused directly by proven negligence.
Any service times shown on the website or given during booking are estimates only. Actual time may vary depending on vehicle size, level of dirt, weather, access, and any additional work required.
We aim to provide a high standard of service and want customers to be satisfied with the work carried out. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please contact us as soon as possible and ideally within 24 hours of the appointment so we can review the issue fairly.
