1. Appointments & Access
Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible and parked legally. We require access to your driveway, car park, or a suitable location. Vehicles parked on the road must be at least 6 inches away from the curb. If we cannot access the vehicle at the agreed time, a call-out fee may apply.
2. Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and bank transfers. Missed appointments without notice may incur a charge.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
4. Vehicle Condition & Liability
We do not accept liability for pre-existing damage or defects. Customers must inform us of any known issues. We take care during every service, but we are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.
5. Bad Weather
In severe weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a new time.
6. Services & Pricing
A non-refundable 50% deposit may be required upon booking. All prices are subject to vehicle size and condition. Heavily soiled vehicles may incur an extra charge, and any additional services requested on the day will be quoted before work begins.
7. Guarantee
We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy, let us know within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve it.
8. Safety & Environment
We use eco-friendly products where possible and dispose of waste responsibly. We will not work in unsafe conditions.
