What do we need from you?

We have power and water on board, so we usually just need enough room to park next to your vehicle and work safely.

Is my engine suitable for cleaning?

Most diesel engines can usually be cleaned and dressed without issue, but if you are unsure about your engine, please tell us before the clean.

Any broken parts, exposed wiring, damaged trims, or issues that could create risk during engine cleaning should be isolated or clearly pointed out to our valeter before work starts.

Petrol engines can be more sensitive, so please let us know if you do not want engine bay cleaning carried out.

It is your responsibility to ensure the engine bay is safe to wash.

Hybrid and full electric engine bays are not recommended for cleaning.

What if the weather is not good?

Weather is one thing we cannot control. We would not normally recommend going ahead with premium packages if conditions are poor.

Most services involving premium interior cleaning, machine polishing, paint correction, or paint protection are not suitable in heavy rain, strong winds, snow, or extreme heat.

Examples include:

  • Full valeting
  • Platinum valeting
  • Machine polishing and paint correction
  • Interior valeting
  • Interior detailing
  • Full detailing
  • Paint protection packages such as ceramic coating

Where possible, we would usually recommend rescheduling for a better day.

How do I choose the right valeting package?

We offer a range of valeting services depending on how deep a clean you need. If you are unsure which package is right for your vehicle, contact us and we can help point you in the right direction.

What are your working hours?

Our usual working hours are Monday to Sunday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. Advance bookings are recommended, especially for preferred dates and times.

Do you need electricity and water for every mobile job?

No — we carry our own electricity and water on board for mobile jobs. That said, if you are able to provide access to water or power, it can be helpful and may improve efficiency on some jobs.

Can you apply paint, leather, and fabric protection?

Yes, in many cases we can. The best option depends on your vehicle, its condition, and in some cases the paint colour or finish. If you are interested in protection services, get in touch and we can help you choose the right option.

What if I am located in a Clean Air Zone, Congestion Zone, ULEZ, LEZ, or paid parking area?

If your booking location is inside a payable zone such as a Clean Air Zone, Congestion Zone, ULEZ, LEZ, paid car park, or similar restricted area, the actual charge may be added on top of the service price.

Any such cost would be treated as an additional charge.

How can I pay?

We currently accept payment by bank transfer, card, cash, and approved gift vouchers, depending on the arrangement made at the time of booking.

How can I register a complaint?

You can read our Service & Complaints Policy for more information on how concerns are handled.

For car wash or valeting concerns, please include your vehicle registration and booking date.

What size is my car?

If you are unsure what category your vehicle falls into, here is a simple guide:

  • Small: Fiat 500, Ford Fiesta, VW Polo
  • Medium: VW Golf, Ford Focus, Tesla Model 3
  • Large: BMW 5 Series, Audi A6, Tesla Model S
  • MPV / SUV: Range Rover, Ford Galaxy, larger SUVs and people carriers

If you are still not sure, contact us and we can help you choose the correct size before booking.

Wheelie bin cleaning FAQs

These questions apply specifically to bin cleaning bookings.

Do you clean wheelie bins?

Yes. We offer wheelie bin cleaning for domestic bins. The service is designed to wash, sanitise, and deodorise bins after they have been emptied.

You can choose the bin cleaning option that matches how many bins you want cleaned when booking.

What do you need from me for bin cleaning?

Please make sure your bins are empty, accessible, and left somewhere safe for us to clean after collection.

Bins should not block roads, pavements, driveways, or neighbouring property.

When should my bin be cleaned?

Bin cleaning is normally carried out after your council or waste collection has taken place. Please leave the bin out, empty, and accessible at the agreed time.

If the bin has not been emptied before we arrive, we may need to reschedule or refuse the clean.

What bins can you not clean?

We cannot clean bins that still contain household waste, food waste, sharp items, hot ashes, chemicals, paint, oil, hazardous materials, or anything unsafe.

Heavily contaminated or damaged bins may need to be refused, rescheduled, or quoted separately depending on the condition.

How do I pay for bin cleaning?

You can pay using the available payment options shown during booking.

If paying by bank transfer, please use your booking reference as the payment reference.

How do I raise a bin cleaning concern?

You can read our Service & Complaints Policy for more information on how concerns are handled.

For bin cleaning concerns, please include your booking reference, bin cleaning option, booking date, and a clear description of the issue.
